They have a monobloc hull design with bolted lugs and with threaded lugs on the body, which makes it possible to reposition the lugs and change their location in relation to the terminal box (obtaining a variant with the box on the right or left side of the hull). They are equipped with an operation capacitor and a starting capacitor, disconnected by means of a centrifugal switch - which makes it possible to achieve increased torque during start-up. The motors are connected at the factory for the right direction of rotation, as seen from the shaft side. When using motor for a belt transmission, permissible radial loads must be agreed. An example of a departure from ball bearings can be high-power electric motors. In many applications  often use groove ball bearings , such  bearings may not be able to transmit the required radial loads and consequently do not provide satisfactory durability.
